(f) Conduct and Behavior:
You agree to conduct yourself responsibly and respectfully at all times. All prices, offers, and promotions displayed on the Unocruise.com Site are subject to availability at the time of booking and may be modified, updated, or withdrawn without prior notice. While we strive to provide accurate and current pricing information, we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy due to frequent changes by cruise lines and other Providers.
(b) Provider Criteria and Restrictions:
Certain rates or promotional fares may require that at least one guest in the stateroom meet specific eligibility criteria, including but not limited to: residency requirements, age categories (e.g., senior, youth), professional status (e.g., military, first responders, educators), loyalty membership, or other qualifications. If these criteria are not met, the booking may be adjusted to the applicable standard rate or canceled at the Provider’s discretion.
(c) Guarantee Rates:
“Guarantee Rates” refer to fares booked at the lowest available cabin category or better, with the exact stateroom assignment determined by the cruise line closer to the sailing date or at check-in. Stateroom assignments may be relocated or upgraded at the discretion of the cruise line and are not controlled by Unocruise.com.
(d) Dynamic Pricing and Adjustments:
Cruise fares and ancillary prices may fluctuate due to demand, capacity management, operational costs, fuel surcharges, seasonal variations, or Provider pricing strategies. While Unocruise.com updates its pricing as promptly as possible, you acknowledge that final pricing is not confirmed until your booking is completed and a written confirmation is issued.
(e) Price Corrections:
In the event of pricing discrepancies, system errors, or typographical mistakes, corrected pricing will apply in accordance with the procedures described in Section 13 (Pricing and Typographical Errors), regardless of any previously displayed rate.
(f) Taxes, Fees, and Surcharges:
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, quoted prices do not include government-imposed taxes, port fees, mandatory gratuities, environmental surcharges, or optional service fees. Such charges will be itemized and added to your invoice prior to checkout or final payment.
(g) Ancillary Products and Upgrades:
Optional add-ons—such as shore excursions, internet packages, beverage packages, specialty dining, spa treatments, or pre-/post-cruise hotel stays—may be purchased separately and are subject to the pricing, terms, and cancellation policies of the applicable Provider.
(h) Price Matching and Guarantees:
Unless explicitly stated in writing, Unocruise.com does not offer a price-match guarantee. If you have questions about displayed pricing or promotional fares, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Notwithstanding anything in this Section, either party may seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, trade secrets, or other proprietary interests. Such actions will not be deemed incompatible with or a waiver of the obligation to engage in arbitration or ADR for all other claims.

You agree that Unocruise.com may share relevant transaction information with payment processors, fraud-prevention vendors, and law enforcement authorities as needed to investigate, mitigate, or prevent fraudulent activity.
(e) Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer, Unocruise.com reserves the right to challenge the dispute by providing evidence of your booking, transaction records, communications, and other relevant documentation. Excessive, abusive, or meritless chargebacks may result in the cancellation of your booking, denial of refunds, and/or suspension from future use of the Site and Services. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation relating to a disputed charge, including providing supporting documentation upon request.
(a) Definitions and Separate Contracts
“Group Bookings” refer to reservations for ten (10) or more passengers made under a single booking or group reservation code. “Charter Parties” refer to exclusive use of a vessel, deck, or designated space secured under a separate written charter agreement. All Group Bookings and Charter arrangements require a dedicated Group Contract or Charter Party Agreement, which governs deposits, payment schedules, itinerary terms, capacity allocation, cancellation rules, and any special conditions specific to the group or charter.
(b) Deposits and Payments
For Group Bookings, an initial non-refundable deposit—typically equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total group fare—must be paid within the timeframe set forth in the Group Contract. Final payment and the full list of passenger names must be submitted no later than ninety (90) days prior to departure, unless an earlier deadline is imposed by the Provider.
For Charter Parties, Unocruise.com will facilitate negotiations between the chartering entity and the Provider to establish deposit schedules, final payment deadlines, performance guarantees, and other financial terms, all of which will be documented in the Charter Party Agreement.
(c) Name Changes and Additions
After the passenger name submission deadline, any name changes, substitutions, or additions may incur Provider-imposed fees and administrative service charges. If passenger names or the total passenger count change after final payment, additional fares, penalties, or capacity limitations may apply, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
(d) Cancellation and Attrition
Group cancellations, reductions in passenger numbers (“attrition”), or failure to meet agreed minimums are subject to penalties specified in the Group Contract or Charter Party Agreement. These typically include escalating cancellation fees based on proximity to the departure date and may include forfeiture of 100% of the group fare if cancellation occurs within sixty (60) days of sailing. Charter Parties may remain responsible for the full contract price regardless of reductions in group size.
(e) Coordinator Responsibilities
Each Group Booking or Charter Party must designate a Group Coordinator (or Charter Contact) in writing. This individual will act as the exclusive liaison with Unocruise.com and the Provider. The Coordinator is responsible for communication with group members, distribution of documentation, collection of individual payments where applicable, and ensuring group compliance with all Provider policies and contractual terms.
(f) Special Requests and Amenities
All special requests—such as private events, meeting space, coordinated dining arrangements, group shore excursions, branding opportunities, or amenity packages—must be submitted in writing. Fulfillment is subject to Provider approval, operational feasibility, and additional fees or minimum-spend requirements.
(g) Liability and Indemnification
The Group Coordinator and/or chartering entity assume full responsibility for the conduct, actions, and compliance of all group or charter participants. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unocruise.com and all Providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, or expenses arising out of or related to group member conduct, group operations, or charter activities.
(a) Provider Health Requirements
Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and other Providers may implement health-screening procedures, vaccination mandates, testing requirements, symptom checks, mask policies, or quarantine rules prior to boarding, during travel, or upon return. These requirements are subject to change at any time, sometimes with little or no notice, based on public health advisories, government regulations, or Provider policies.
(b) Customer Compliance
You are solely responsible for staying informed of and complying with all applicable health-related requirements established by Providers, port authorities, destination governments, and regulatory agencies. This includes securing and presenting required documentation such as vaccination records, negative test results, health declarations, medical certifications, or other clearances necessary for travel.
(c) Costs and Risks
You acknowledge and agree that you assume all financial and logistical risks associated with COVID-19 or any other communicable illness, including—but not limited to—testing fees, treatment or medical care, quarantine or isolation expenses, denied boarding, missed flights or connections, or supplemental lodging and transportation costs. Unocruise.com bears no responsibility for such expenses or for any resulting travel disruptions.
(d) No Liability for Changes
Providers may modify, postpone, or cancel sailings, itineraries, shore excursions, embarkation procedures, or onboard services due to public-health considerations. While Unocruise.com will assist in facilitating rebooking, credit requests, or Provider-issued refunds when available, we disclaim any liability for Provider decisions, health-related disruptions, or resulting losses, delays, or inconveniences.
(e) Force Majeure
Health emergencies, pandemics, epidemics, disease outbreaks, or similar public-health events constitute force-majeure circumstances under Section 22(e). Neither Unocruise.com nor any Provider shall be liable for cancellations, delays, modifications, or failures to perform arising directly or indirectly from such events.
