24 Hour Full Refund Window
- Any cruise reservation done with Unocruise.com can be refunded in full to the initial payment method in case they canceled within 24 hours of the initial reservation.
Processing Time
- When the refund is eligible, we process requests within 7 business days in case the payment is made by credit or debit card.
- Note: depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount will be reflected in your account after 7 to 14 working days.
Refundable & Non-Refundable Tickets
- Cruise bookings are not always refundable. The eligibility to get a refund is within the terms and conditions of the travel provider or the cruise line.
- Even refundable bookings can be canceled with charges or deductions, which again are based on the policies of the provider.
